Shipping Policies
1. Ordered items may be subject to delays due to the manufacturer or shipping carrier for reasons beyond the control
of Visual Retail Plus. We will make ever effort to expedite your order to the best of our capabilities.
2. For your security, orders where the shipping and billing address differ may be subject to delays as authenticity is
verified.
Warranty / Return Policy
1. Products purchased from Visual Retail Plus are warranted against defects by the manufacturer. Defective hardware
may be exchanged for an identical product within 15 days of purchase. If a replacement is not available, Visual Retail
Plus will refund the purchase price. No returns will be accepted after 15 days from date of purchase.
2. Returns of all non-defective items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
3. Returns must have an approved RMA number, shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. When returning items, all original packing materials and accessories (power cables, manuals, CD's) must be
included. Missing components may result in a return being refused.
5. Manufacturer's warranties for all items aside from the Visual Retail Plus software take effect from the date of
purchase.
6. Visual Retail Plus does not accept returns on media. (Labels, receipt paper, ribbons, etc)
7. Magtek Products are Non-Returnable. (as per manufacturers policy)
PRIVACY POLICY
Visual Retail Plus does not sell, rent or disclose customer information including e-mail addresses to any third party.
In all circumstances VRP's maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. VRP shall not,
under any circumstances, be liable upon a claim or actions in contract, tort, indemnity or contribution, or other claims
related to the products it sells which exceeds this liability limit. VRP shall not be liable for third party claims for
damages against the customer, or for malfunction, delays, interruption of service, loss of business, loss or damage to
exemplary damages, whether or not VRP is apprised of the possibility of such claims or damages.
VRP reserves the right to change, modify and/or withdraw the information, products or services in this site at any time
without notice.
These terms and conditions, together with the VRP invoice respecting the products ordered by Customer, are the
complete and exclusive agreement between VRP and Customer, and they supercede all prior or contemporaneous
proposals, oral or written, understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and all other communications
between VRP and Customer relating to the subject products. This agreement may not be explained or supplemented
by any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.
All content included on this site is the property of VRP or their content suppliers and protected by U.S. and international
copyright laws. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly) of all content on this site is the
exclusive property of VRP protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. The content and software on this site may
